ZUMCHI is a direct line between Korea's most considered ateliers and the American wardrobe. We partner with independent houses in Seoul, ship duty-paid from our hub, and handle returns through a US-based service team — so the only thing you unbox is the object itself.

The fine print, written plainly. If anything below is unclear, email hello@zumchi.com — our New York team typically replies within one business day.
All orders ship from our fulfillment hub in Seoul, Korea. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Korean public holidays.
Most orders leave our hub within 1–3 business days. Pre-order items have an estimated ship date listed on the product page; you'll receive an email when your piece is on the way.
Standard delivery to the US takes 7–14 business days from ship date. Expedited delivery is 3–5 business days for an additional fee, calculable at checkout. Tracking is shared via email the moment your label prints.
Free standard shipping on US orders over $200. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $14. Expedited rates vary by destination.
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Japan, and Australia. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and may differ from US DDP pricing. Email us if you'd like to ship somewhere not listed.
Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return clock starts the day your tracking number marks the package as delivered.
Email returns@zumchi.com with your order number to start a return. We'll send a pre-paid US return label — no international postage required. Drop the package at any USPS or UPS location.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging attached. Bags must include their dust bag and authenticity card. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these conditions.
Items purchased on sale, with a promotional code, or marked "final sale" on the product page are not returnable. Earrings and other pierced jewelry are final sale for hygiene reasons.
We don't process direct exchanges — the fastest way is to return for a refund and place a new order. If your size is sold out, email us and we'll hold one for you when it's back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt. Banks may take an additional 1–3 business days to display the credit.
All prices displayed on US-shipped orders include US import duties and applicable taxes. You will not be charged anything at delivery — no surprise bills, no carrier fees.
We apply current Korea–US duty rates plus US sales tax based on shipping destination. The settlement may differ slightly from posted rates depending on product HS classification and current trade policy. We absorb minor variances.
Tariff rates can shift with trade policy. Once your order ships, your DDP price is locked — even if rates increase mid-transit. New orders use the current rate.
Korean labels often run 1–2 sizes smaller than US equivalents. We list both Korean and US sizes on every product page; if in doubt, size up. Concierge can recommend a size — share your usual brand and fit preference.
Bag measurements are in centimeters and inches: width × height × depth, then strap drop. Photos are shot on a 5'9" model.
If your size shows "Notify me", tap it and we'll email the moment your size is restocked. No spam, just one alert.
Yes. We source directly from the brand's atelier in Seoul. Every piece ships with the brand's original packaging, dust bag, and authenticity card where applicable.
Yes — at checkout, choose "Gift" and we'll wrap with brand-stock paper plus a hand-written note. Free.
Email hello@zumchi.com within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, we usually can't intercept it before fulfillment.
Pre-order items are charged at the time of order. We list an estimated ship date on each pre-order product page and email you the moment it ships. If the date slips by more than two weeks, we'll proactively offer a refund.
