Order Tracking

All prices on ZMCH already include US import duties and taxes. You will not pay any additional duties or taxes at checkout or delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

Conditions for Returns

• Handbags must be unused and unworn
• Original tags and authenticity cards must be attached
• Item must be in original, pristine condition
• Original packaging and receipt must be included
• Return shipping label must be used (provided with your return authorization)

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for items that are returned within the 14-day window for unworn merchandise. If you wish to return an item that has been worn or is outside the return window, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style. Simply contact us at support@zmch.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we'll send out your exchange at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review item details carefully before purchasing.
